Job Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing a superior dining experience by anticipating guest needs, offering detailed menu knowledge, and delivering attentive service. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of exceptional dining protocols.
Essential Job Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in an elegant and timely manner
- Ensure proper table setting and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Assist with special requests and dietary requirements
- Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and service protocols
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a server required; fine dining or high-end restaurant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine pairing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hospitality or culinary training preferred
