**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems - Schedule management, including appointments, meetings, and events - Budgeting and expense tracking - Front desk management, including greeting visitors and answering calls - Calendar management for executives and team members - Plan and coordinate office events and meetings - Develop training programs for office staff - Vendor management for office supplies and services - Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions - Maintain organized filing systems **Requirements:** - Proven experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Event planning experience is a plus - Training development skills are desirable - Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
