PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good overall physical health and personal stamina. Physical
examination, including TB skin test or chest x-ray is required. Must be able
to lift and position people to meet their physical therapy needs.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: Reports to the ECF Coordinator.
JOB SUMMARY: This is a part time position responsible for many duties of the Employment and Community First (ECF) Department. This is a position with growing responsibilities as regulations, case loads, and expectations evolve and as Orange Grove Center expands service delivery options for people. He or she will be required to work in many different areas and fulfill many different types of job tasks as the job and department grow. This person will report on ensure quality documentation of services activities relating to services. This person will communicate openly and effectively with individuals, family members, Support Coordinators, staff, management, staff from all Orange Grove departments, community partners, and all stakeholders. This position will include working hours during various shifts and days of the week. Foremost this position must demonstrate a positive attitude in all situations and must up hold the mission, policies and procedures of Orange Grove.

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful completion of the required physical examination by an approved Orange Grove physician.
