We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, skilled, and engaging professional to fill a Front Desk Receptionist in our busy OB/GYN practice.
Schedule: Full Time, Mon- Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm (Flexible work schedule after 90 days probation period)
Pay & Benefits: Commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, the benefit package includes paid major holidays, vacation/sick time, health & dental insurance, and 401(k)
Primary Duties Include:
· Interact with clients and visitors in a positive, warm, caring, and friendly manner
· Must show positive enthusiasm at the desk and on the phone, be able to multitask and work well under pressure
· A family atmosphere in our workplace is paramount, so being able to work as a team is imperative to the success of this position
· Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and provide referrals
· Responsible for end of day charge ticket preparation

· Coordination and collaboration with team members.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Experience working as a team member in a healthcare environment
· 1 year OB/GYN medical office experience
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
· Pleasant and outgoing personality
· Strong attention to detail
· Professional appearance and communication style
· High volume practice experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Adaptable, proactive and quality-focused
· Computer proficiency - word, excel, outlook
· NextGen experience a PLUS
· MUST have own reliable transportation to be considered
· MUST be able to travel to Laurel and Silver Spring with reliable transportation
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent or technical school certificate required.
