- At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability. Previous leadership, coaching, customer service, project management, or production experience is preferred. Previous restaurant experience is NOT required.
- Director-level leadership positions are also available. Directors own large areas of the business (Operations, Customer Service, Drive Thru, Kitchen/Production, Training, People/Development, etc.) and earn $60k+ including benefits.

Salary: 60-day evaluation period at $16/hr, then $17 to $20/hour for fully qualified leaders ($48K-$54K/year including benefits). Shift Leader candidates/trainees may be hired for $16/hour and then promoted after evaluation & training period. Leaders typically work 35-42 hours per week Mon to Sat, typical shifts are 5am – 2:30pm or 1:45pm – 11:15 pm, and all Leaders typically work 2 or more closing shifts per week.
