Your Building Centers, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned company featuring 23 retail & manufacturing facilities throughout Central Pennsylvania. We specialize in selling and installing a vast range of building products, and we are on the lookout for a seasoned Production Manager to strengthen our Installation Services division.
This role is ideal for individuals who have successfully managed their own remodeling businesses and are now looking to apply their expertise without the burdens of day-long fieldwork while juggling quotation requests into the evenings. This position is based from our Altoona, PA facility.

Production Manager - Installation Services Division
Lead, Coordinate, and Drive Success
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in estimating product and labor costs for prospective projects.
- Manage production logistics of sold jobs.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
- Conduct daily site visits to ensure quality and progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver complete customer satisfaction.

- Strong network of contacts within the construction community.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate product and labor costs, ensuring competitive and profitable project bids.
- In-depth understanding of the construction process.
- Fundamental knowledge of building materials.
- Sharp attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing computer technology, including familiarity with Google Workspace.
