Full Time Production Worker $ 18 - $20/hour
Summary:
We are a growing Food Production Company currently hiring full-time team members! A Production Worker is an entry-level role in our newly built, clean and modern manufacturing facility and is a valuable member of our growing team. Ideal candidates must be safety focused while consistently producing the highest quality products for our customers.
Hiring for 1st shift Monday-Friday in between 6am to 3pm for scheduled 8-hour shifts.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Work on our food assembly line
- Perform pre- and post-production tasks
- Keep area and equipment clean
- Troubleshoot machinery and other equipment issues as needed
- Participate in and successfully complete all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and Superior quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Important Qualifications to Your Success:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior food production/manufacturing experience a plus
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible to do other job duties through rotation
- Consistently arrives to work on time, returns timely from breaks, and meets attendance guidelines
- Willingness to raise questions and concerns over issues
- Good observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-aware, positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings
Education and Experience:
1+ years of experience in production within manufacturing, ideally in the food or beverage industry

- The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds as needed

- Must be able to work in a refrigerated (50 degrees) food manufacturing environment

Required Training:
This position requires training in Good Manufacturing Practices as well as on how to identify food safety issues such as temperature control, cross-contamination, sanitation and cleanliness of the lines, etc.; critical to the effective implementation of the Food Safety Plan and the maintenance of food safety, quality and process efficiency.
