We are looking for a Regional Account Manager who can grow our existing customer base in the Irrigation Distribution channel in our Eastern Region.

Position Overview:
As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through distribution partners within the East Region. You will work closely with our existing distribution partners to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and drive revenue growth. You will hunt for new distributors to add to our network to drive revenue growth.
You will also work with Specifiers in the Irrigation Industry to get Munro specified on new Pump Station projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Conduct product training and provide sales support to distribution partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Outside Sales or Account Management experience.
- Proven track record in sales and account management, extra points for working with distribution partners.
- Understanding of the irrigation market and products is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region 60%.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
