Duties
* Establish
- ar project scope (the work we have agreed to do) and pr
ct specifications (any s
cific requirements established by the owner or contract), so that the field crews can efficiently execute the project.
* Build and manage the project plan (i.e. list of tasks) and schedule (this is the plan on a timeline).
* Establish and manage a budget for each project to be equal or better than bid margin. This includes Labor, Material, Subcontracting, Equipment, and Other jobs costs.
* Provide regular and formal updates to the General Contractor and/or Project Owner regarding the project. There should be no surprises.
* Establish clear and formal subcontracts for any areas of the project that are subbed out.
* Build material lists, order and keep track of project Materials using to ensure that the project schedule is not delayed due to missing material.
* Complete project Health Reports for each project that you are assigned, on a biweekly basis. The Project Health is the tool that should drive the actions to “manage” the project and is owned by the Project Manager.
* Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor and Superintendents so that the manpower schedule, equipment schedule, and project schedule are in always in sync and are optimized.

Requirements: Must be adept at performing a wide variety of skills, including:
* Electrical experience preferred
* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
* Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
* Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
* Communication- Keeps others well-informed. Strong Written and verbal communication. Excellent follow up.
* Flexible – Ability to keep up with and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
