Overview:
We are currently seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist our team in placing orders, providing status updates & ETAs, and assisting our customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving order issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Timely email correspondence with customers
- Fielding occasional to provide order updates, resolve customer concerns, in a timely manner
- Updating order status, obtaining ETAs and/or tracking numbers
- Expediting order cancellations, shipping issues, shipping quotes (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL), Delivery Exceptions, changes, etc.
- Investigating and resolving issues related to shipment, provide RMA's for customers
- Deal with manufacturers to get credits, information on returned products, and problem-solve ongoing issues
- Understanding goods issues, goods receipts, quarantines, credit memos, and the effect they have on Turn 14 Distribution's inventory
- Navigating and maximizing the features of our ERP software programs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2 years of customer-service-oriented experience
- Strong Computer Skills with the ability to type approximately 40 words per minute.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Outstanding professionalism, communication, and decision-making skills
- Exposure to automotive knowledge/service experience is a big plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
