Construction Project Coordinator - Commercial HVAC & Plumbing

Lor-Mar provides renovation and retrofit projects, service, and integrated controls solutions and is a valued partner to building owners and tenants in the commercial, industrial, and institutional end-market, general contractors, contract managers and energy service companies.
Summary:
We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to perform various tasks associated with the development of project proposals including coordinating bid production activities, supporting Estimators and Project Managers, and maintaining the Bid Board.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process various Request for Proposals (RFPs) from different Owners and General Contractors
- Read and distribute project documents, fill out prequalification statements, organize vendor pricing, and print and distribute contract drawings
- Organize proposals in our bid system with current and accurate information
- Work directly with the Estimating Department to help ensure proposals are complete within the client timelines provided
- Assist Project Managers to create submittal logs and process submittals
- Create RFIs and distribute closeout documents and coordinate with General Contractors and Owners
- Be flexible and agile to work on other business initiatives
- Assist in project booking document completion
- Assist in cost management by promptly expediting materials, equipment, and parts in an efficient manner
- Assist in ensuring work is billed in a timely manner or per appropriate terms
- Watch payment of customer invoices and delayed payments as appropriate
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in construction management

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
