Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.

Maintain and evaluate the practice and documentation of ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives by implementing strategies to continuously improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize production processes.

Develops and implements quality control procedures to ensure all products meet specifications.

Work with leadership to contribute to the company’s strategic plan and annual budget.

Maintains the corporate culture during a period of rapid growth.

Spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

Builds, Implements, Trains, Executes, Measures, and Evaluates plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our operations remain innovative and competitive.

5 years’ experience with maintaining an ISO-registered organization

1 year of metal fabrication experience is a must
