Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Prepare quotes, provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct follow up calls to return information on customer requests or provide additional information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
- Great customer service skills and ability to assist people
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- At least 1 year of good work history with solid customer service, administrative skills and are comfortable with technology
