We are a small company and looking for a well-rounded, Customer Success Rep and Administrative rep for our team. The number one goal of this position will be to assisting with operations and customer support.
Job Title: Client Relations Specialist
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for generating outstanding Customer support, executing on customer enrollments and after-market business opportunities. You will be the voice of the brand and build relationships with Customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound customer support calls, emails, etc.; resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved issues.
- Enrolling customer vessels through data entry
- Following up, monitoring, and completing commitments to successful outcomes for customers.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest in after-market opportunities.
- Maintaining and updating customer information/database, as necessary.
- Maintaining a professional presence and communicating effectively.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus.
- At least two years of related experience required.
