ProSource is a to-the-trade material selection provider for flooring, and Kitchen & Bath products. A one-stop design showroom for all interior remodeling construction products.
The Account Expeditor position supports the Sales Account Manager Team, Operations, Warehouse Logistics, and Business Development segments of the business. The Account Expeditor assists with the day-to-day activities, training in all aspects of product knowledge, working with proprietary computer software, and building relationships with our active and prospect clients.

ProSource is one of the premiere remodeling design showrooms in the Atlanta area. ProSource is not open to the public, we service Contractors, Custom home builders, Designers and other trade professionals. ProSource works directly with the trade professional, or their clients, to assist with their remodeling material selections; along with the logistics of following up, closing sales, receiving material, and follow through. ProSource Wholesale is a fast paced customer service driven environment. Candidate needs to be hard working, upbeat and energetic.
Job Title: Account Expeditor:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
1-Assisting Sales Associates with daily sales activities, including but not limited to, helping customers, creating estimates, checking stock, assisting customers with checking out samples, calling customers to follow up, and various sales activities.
2-Answering phones and greeting clients into the showroom.
3-Building relationships with inactive members through phone calls and email communications to re-engage with future projects.
4- Printing updated price tags and maintaining showroom sales floor.
5- Tracking shipments to be received.
6- Back-up warehouse staff when needed, including forklift operating, receiving, and giving out material orders. Needed primarily to cover when the warehouse person has a sick or vacation day.
Job Requirements:
A positive attitude and an excellent work ethic with outstanding customer service abilities. Candidate must be highly organized and detailed-orientated with solid prioritization skills. Candidate must display excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills. Candidate needs to be reliable and punctual.
Specific qualifications for the Account Expeditor role include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions
- Excellent phone etiquette and written business correspondence
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data as well as calculate figures and amounts (numerical formulas, discounts, and percentages)
- Proficient with computers with the ability to learn and properly utilize ProSource' s proprietary software.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, and Saturday (9 AM - 12 PM). Full Time is approximately 40 hours per week.
