Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects to ensure project success and profitability.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project participants and ensure cohesive flow and distribution of project administration and requirements.
- Review and distribute Submittals, RFIs, maintain Logs and all material and equipment procurement in correlation to baseline schedule.
- Attend meetings and maintain meeting minutes with Project Manager’s supervision
- Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation.
- Recognize and manage project changes/revisions with cost and schedule impacts. Includes receiving, reviewing, and preparing change orders for Project Manager’s review.
- Review and understand specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Construction Management with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, dependable and functions effectively in a team environment.
- Great organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6
