Position Description
ArborPro, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer outreach, lead generation, client management, software support, and sales of software and tree inventories. The role also involves maintaining positive customer relations, ensuring customer retention, and representing the company at trade shows.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline and track all sales activity in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Provide technical support for our software products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
- Sales of Software and Tree Inventories:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, both in person and virtually.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Develop strategies to retain existing customers.
- Implement customer loyalty programs.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Engage with potential customers and showcase our products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand software products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
· 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
· Knowledge of the tree care industry is a plus.
