Office Manager/Bookkeeper
This is a part-time position with potential to develop into fulltime.
We desire a candidate with the following abilities:
-Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, reconciliations, AP/AR knowledge
-Detail oriented, analytical, and organized problem solver
-Friendly and professional with both staff and customers
-Dependable
-Able to manage time effectively, work independently with minimal supervision.
-Find the most efficient ways to complete tasks
Qualifications:
-Degree in finance or accounting and/or work related experience
-Skills in Excel and QuickBooks
-Proven accounting skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay based upon experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
Hours are flexible and will be discussed during interview.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
