B.E.S.T. Consulting, Inc. is a Sacramento-based Non-Public Agency, providing ABA services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disorders with over 23 years of experiance. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Treatment sessions are scheduled across home, school and community locations, including the BEST Center and BEST Friends Social Skills groups.
The BCBA is responsible for initial and ongoing patient assessment and supervises treatment recommendations, program design and progression. The BCBA acts as an Associate Director and provides supervision and training across all levels of staff and performs a variety of other patient-related clinical and administrative tasks. Behavior Consultants work across multiple program designs; Behavioral Health, Regional Centers, school districts and ensure high quality services as outlined by best practice and in in accordance with the BACB and other regulatory bodies.
All applicants must hold a current and discipline-free Board Certification (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), a minimum of two years Consultant level experience, maintain reliable transportation, submit a fit for duty for physical requirements, pass DOJ FBI Live scan and submit required vaccination/immunity records as well as TB clearance.
