Description:
Customer Service Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Greeting clients and visitors including answering caller inquiries

Enter all new client information into the customer relationship management system (sugar).

Ensure that Power of Attorney is provided to each creditor to acknowledge client representation

Process Settlement Letters and Stipulations to clients and creditors.

Process any cancellations and/or completion of all clients
-
Position provides day-to-day support to clients via email and telephone
-
Review and document all account information from internal departments as well as client requests
-
Work with clients and explain the process
-
Assist other departments in the processing of Client requests and communicate changes to schedules or Clients needs promptly.

Backup fellow teammates in absence of co-worker

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Attention to detail

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Previous office experience preferred, but not required
