Job Summary:
REV Facial Bar is seeking a driven, outgoing, self-motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to be a part of our growing team in Middletown! Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hospitality management experience. The Practice Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Curate the best culture. We employ happy people :) No exceptions
- Lead with warmth and positivity while holding team members accountable
- Model and ensure a friendly, compassionate environment, guaranteeing that every client receives an extraordinary, memorable experience as they navigate through our spa
- Demonstrate mastery of the practice business and dynamics; provide regular business recaps, and solution-based feedback to senior leadership on highlights and challenges
- Meet (and exceed!) practice goals; drive practice performance against practice treatment and retail revenue and membership goals
- Oversee practice finances including: retail and treatment revenue, payroll, COGS/inventory costs, and additional overhead costs (G&A, Facilities) to meet practice budgets
- Maintain high practice standards in collaboration with lead positions, ensuring all employees are achieving (or exceeding!) expectations on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Manage retail and professional inventory in collaboration with lead positions via monthly inventory counts, revenue forecasting, and managing loss and usage costs
- Regularly coach, counsel and develop practice team consisting of Client Coordinators (front desk), Medical Assistants, and REV RNs (service providers)
- In partnership with senior leadership; manage recruitment and hiring process for our practice
- Analyze and react to business trends in partnership with Marketing, initiate, plan and participate in local events to drive traffic, community outreach and build partnerships
- Oversee that all forms of client communication are exceeding our high expectations (emails, messaging, phone calls, in person inside the spa)
- Maintain customer service script documents
- Maintain employee handbook and curate policies as needed
- Coordinate with senior leadership to help with scheduling and completion of maintenance projects
- Oversee outside and inside spa appearance. Safety is our top priority as a medical facility and cleanliness is bound to safety

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of hospitality people management experience in a booming service-based industry (i.e. fitness, restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, etc.)
- Proven track record of success in driving margins and disciplined expense management
- Impressive management style with demonstrated success inspiring teams to achieve (and exceed!) goals; fostering a high-performing team
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional hospitality
- Obsessed with providing best-in-class hospitality
- Strong understanding of retail operations, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Must be a forward-thinking problem-solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients
- Desire to learn and try new things every day!
- Passion for beauty, skincare and taking care of people preferred
- Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, and early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability

Salary: $62,500 plus bonus

Pay: $62,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
