Supervises: Maintenance Staff
Job Summary
Help overseeing all mechanical areas of the club facility and the grounds to keep the club functioning at top efficiency. Responsible for, training and supervising the engineering staff. Performing general repairs on AC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.
Essential Functions

Training and supervising repair/maintenance personnel

Performing general repairs on AC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.

Assist scheduling work loads and work orders for all areas of the club and its equipment

Coordinating with Facility Director to procure parts and items needed for maintenance, completion of work orders and general department supplies

Attending staff meetings and coordinating efforts to schedule work activities
-
Performing any work related duties are requested by supervisor, Clubhouse Manager or General Manager.
Requirements:
Preferred Criteria/Experience:
-
Commercial Building experience highly preferred
-
Mechanically inclined with all around knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and HVAC (Heating Ventilation AC).

Aptitude to perform hands-on repairs
-
Organizational abilities to coordinate club projects and renovations
-
Understanding of energy management and related systems
-
Excellent verbal and written communications skill with a strong knowledge of safety rules and regulations
Working Conditions:

Occasional exposure hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather conditions

5+ Years of experience as a Maintenance Technician

EPA Certification

Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing
