We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team who has a marketing social media skill set. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, manage social media week to week, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Create marketing flyers/social media posts for softball and baseball players on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Work at the front desk checking customers in.
- Provide information about products and services. Help sell programs and services.
-Sell product. Set up displays and do weekly inventory.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including check in, opening and closing procedures etc.
- Assist with training kids (softball/baseball/ speed and agility preferred)
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- Clean facility and help manage tasks on customer relationship system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and in marketing/social media.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability multitask effectively
- Comfort with working with computers, WORD, EXCEL and overall systems is required.
A flexible schedule is needed. Typical work schedule can be some weekends, and week days can be swing shift from 3-9pm week days and weekends.
Marketing
A marketing assistant is a vital member of our team who helps develop promotional initiatives and content for a brand. The position requires a relevant educational background and prior experience in training in the industry. Marketing person is responsible for researching, compiling, and reporting on buying trends and statistics, copywriting for marketing materials, and other support, such as:
- Monitoring active marketing campaigns, making improvements as needed
- Working closely with artistic programs to create ads and marketing flyers
- Collaborating with the Instructional Coaching team to produce innovative methods of gaining exposure for The Grind brand and the baseball/softball team.
- Assisting marketing team with completing projects
- Measuring the return on investment of advertising and marketing campaigns
- Posting on multiple different social media platforms to build exposure in the sports community
- Creating Monthly News Letters
- Working in the SportsEngine financial system to create links for clients to register for camps, clinics, and lessons.
Administration / Front Desk
Assists GM and Regional Director to make sure administration is running smoothly. This position requires strong communication, advanced organization skills with high attention to detail with systems.
Administration:
- Manage Pro Shop inventory, selling and tracking, and order coordination
- Add new inventory within 24 hours of receipt and prepare Pos to backfill inventory
- Check the Esoft schedule daily for double bookings, and ensure credit card information is entered for bookings.
Front Desk
- Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
- Receiving calls, conducting lessons reservations, and verifying existing bookings
- Processing customer payments upon check-in before services are rendered
- Flexibility to work varying and extended shifts
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Attention to detail to ensure an error-free work environment
- Effective organization and time-management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on time
- Selling Products during check-in and check-out process
- Help Close and Open facilities properly is required.
