Develop and execute strategies associated with protecting center store assets. Provide leadership, collaborate with, and guide the division Loss Prevention team, business partners and other key stake holders to design, develop, implement and maintain asset protection processes. Minimum
- 5+ years experience within Loss Prevention, Shrink management or store management
- Demonstrated competency in developing efficient/effective solutions to diverse/complex business problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong sound business judgment and the ability to work successfully with associates from all professional levels, backgrounds, and perspectives
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Strong consultation, problem resolution, mediation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all levels within the organization
- Excellent analytical/conceptual skills and attention to detail
- Excellent operational skills combined with understanding of merchandising

- District Operations manager- Develop, implement, and enforce asset protection related policies and processes
- Administer and monitor asset protection audits to ensure complete compliance with existing policies and best practices and take corrective action where applicable
- Use insights gathered from audit information to provide recommendations for programs and needed updates for associates and stores
- Partner with corporate and division teams to define and roll out best practices
- Partner with Loss Prevention on investigations relating to asset protection related matters
- Direct store investigations relating to alleged improprieties, fraud, corruption, or violations of the company ethics policy
- Train and develop division investigators
- Oversee expansion of store greeters throughout company
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention on expanding source tagging within our vendor community
- Develop and execute solutions for theft deterrent tracking
- Partner with G.O. Merchandising and Data Integrity on identification and maintenance of EAS tagged items, red dot and safer items within our Product Identification Database (PID)
- Monitor high theft items and work with G.O. Merchandising on updates to items that require intervention and new theft deterrent technology
- Observe and adjust Dairy Excellence and Bakery Excellence training programs for the company
- Monitor and maintain store reconciliation best practices including training content for store reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with corporate departments and senior management on new store design, equipment and fixtures to ensure company assets are protected
- Travel to divisions to understand markets and collaboratively seek solutions to protect assets
