Print Shop Customer Service Representative
The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking a candidate for the position of Customer Service Representative for our Ventura location. This position will help with day-to-day operations, including helping customers in the store, on the phone, and by email. The right fit for this role will be willing to learn how to operate digital printing machines and bindery equipment. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to learn and utilize our proprietary print management software to create quotes, work orders and invoices.

The Customer Service Representative will be expected to take on multiple tasks at once and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Work independently and as part of a team, from project conception to completion.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a PLUS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Professional Appearance and Attitude are a MUST
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
