About the Position
True View is seeking customer service representatives for our growing service teams in Denver, Colorado. The customer service representative will work with our service team to provide support to our homeowners and account customers in the Denver area. The ideal candidate is experienced in the window and glass and glazing industries. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our service department at True View. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are a must. Pay DOE
Responsibilities Include:
· Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally. Gather information necessary to provide price quotes for services requested.
· Assist customers with questions regarding True View products and services.
· Communicate with customers via email correspondence or verbally to provide follow-up information, request signatures, deposits, and/or payments.
· Maintain a respectful manner over phone and in person with customers / employees.
· Resolve any customer issues.
· Update and maintain customer files including creating projects, inputting notes, appointments, etc. in CRM program.
· Monitor and maintain assigned accounts. Research and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
· Maintain product knowledge.
· Maintain conversion and sales goals. Strive to meet all personal and departmental goals.
· Assist walk in customers.
· Post customer deposits / payments.
Required Qualifications
· Prior customer service experience.
· Knowledge of glass and glazing industry preferred.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
· Must be self-motivated and have strong time management and organizational skills.
· Computer literacy. Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Prefer experience with Salesforce.
· TEAM player.
· Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
