Role and Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall manpower and recruiting strategy applying best practices.
- Develop tools and processes to efficiently track and communicate staffing needs and available manpower.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate areas.
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well-documented manpower and recruiting reports
- Develops and maintains a strong network of contacts to identify and source quality candidates.
- Demonstrates confidence in interactions with individuals of all levels and backgrounds.
- Develops and measures the success of recruitment processes by using various data and reports.
- Interact with Construction Manager to help with reporting, daily tasks and project assignments.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Experience in construction manpower planning required.
- Experience recruiting a variety of positions is a plus.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and experience with social media recruiting.
- Demonstrates the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communication with managers, staff, and candidates.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices.
- Ability to ensure privacy/confidentiality of all employee information required.
- Must be very organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work independently.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
