Manage all daily operational processes to achieve all measurables including expense control and shrinkage goals. Responsible for hiring, on-boarding and training new associates. Maintain staffing by ensuring appropriate screening matches the labor demand. Supports all leaders with a development plan. Provides a work environment that fosters engagement while achieving low turnover. Ensures fitting rooms are control. Provide guidance to the store team to prevent shrinkage loss. Communicates and develops stockroom teams ensuring efficiency and safety of the team. Reports to the District Manager; however, also partners with the Loss Prevention and Human Resource teams when needed.
