Position Description:
The Case Manager is a key position that collects, analyzes oversees and manages personal injury cases.
Case Manager Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze intake information into client profiles for personal injury patients
- Case manages patient claims and monitor patient progress through treatment pathways
- Communicate needful information, treatment outcomes, etc. with law firm case managers/paralegals/legal assistants
- Communicate with law offices on a regular basis regarding their clients’ medical treatment and injuries and other pertinent information concerning the medical care
- Collect and provide the law firm documents such as medical records and patient ledgers
- Receive and upload documents based on HIPAA, privacy, and patient confidentiality rules
- Act as a liaison and ambassador to the law firm by managing needs, issues, questions, and concerns.
Case Manager Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum of 1+ years’ experience preferably with a focus on personal injury; Funding Company Experience; Personal Injury Claims Management
- Education: Degree preferred
- Outstanding people skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Familiar with relevant laws.
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Software
- Knowledge of medical terms and traumatically induced conditions is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
