Duties:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process to identify top talent
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefit options
- Assist with HR sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with management on change management initiatives and organizational development projects
- Support HR projects such as policy development, performance evaluation systems, and employee engagement initiatives
- Utilize ADP to maintain accurate employee records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience with ADP systems for managing employee data
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and selecting candidates
- Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations and administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong project management skills for managing HR initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting top talent through various sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of change management principles for implementing organizational changes
- Solid understanding of human resources management principles
- Understand and adaptive to today's technology to improve job performance and outreach
