Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders from guests and enter them into the Toast system
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of basic food service procedures and etiquette
- Familiarity with the Toast system is a plus
