Our home health business is expanding, and we are recruiting to evolve to the next level! This is a unique opportunity to join a home health company in an exciting “growth” stage. We are looking for passionate, high-performing, and motivated individual to join our growing team. While this is an inside sales/sales support position, there is opportunity to develop and move into an outside sales role.
The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Improve operational efficiency by providing daily support for the outside sales team on incoming patient referrals.
Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Intake incoming sales calls from both prospective clients and referral source facilities.
Provide timely responses between hospital staff (case managers, social workers and nurses), internal staff, and patients.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Take lead on several marketing initiatives, such as monthly email newsletters and social media engagement.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations activities.
Manage and optimize the use of sales tools and technology, ensuring they support the sales process effectively. These tools would include marketing flyers, brochures, etc.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with coworkers and customers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word (required).
Experience using CRM systems a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing strategic insight and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical practices and accountability.
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (preferred but not required).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
