Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Admin is responsible for serving as a liaison between the customer and technicians - which involves scheduling repairs, assigning work to technicians, preparing repair orders, billing repair orders, entering work orders into computer system and ordering shop supplies according to procedures
Service Admin Responsibilities:
- Checking/updating repair order statuses.
- Assisting with answering phone calls.
- Help out with prepping/ invoicing tickets- request or follow up on PO’s.
- Coding vendor invoices.
- File service department invoices.
- Help fill in at the service counter in someone’s absence.
- At times could be asked to do some pick up and deliveries with company vehicle.
- Help monitor and adjust vehicle status in our operating system.
