As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and checking them in/out of the hotel
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handling reservations and ensuring accurate booking information
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assisting with guest luggage and other special requests
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
