Libraries are about creating individualized, equal, and equitable access to resources. Every library patron has a unique need, and not everyone has the resources to meet that need. As a library, we build a rapport with the unique individual we are serving to determine what their need is, and we connect the individual with the appropriate resources, people, organizations, and/or technology to meet that need.
The Community Learning Assistant achieves this goal by providing exceptional service and youth-based programming.
