We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Duties:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners to secure profitable deals
- Oversee technical sales processes and ensure effective product presentations
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on technical sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess market trends and sales data
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred
