Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at Go Behavioral LLC. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, with a primary focus on timecard review, HR data entry, mileage report oversight, and supporting our recruiting efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process employee timecards to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform data entry tasks related to HR records, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Monitor and verify mileage reports submitted by staff to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and maintaining applicant tracking records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including filing, scanning, and managing HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education in HR or related field a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
