**Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and resolving any guest issues promptly and efficiently. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes - Handle reservations over the phone, online, and in person - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Manage guest requests for additional services or amenities - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting - Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software - Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest relations - Ability to work flexible hours including night audit shifts - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
