Our premier client seeks a motivated and proactive Administration Support Associate to assist with global communications initiatives such as community partnership efforts, the Support Grant program, and newsletter publications.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with current Associates to ensure communications initiatives are being met
- Handle administrative-related tasks and complete in an accurate, timely, self-managed manner
- Prepare correspondence letters and email communications to internal and external customers
- Collect and proofread documents for accuracy
- Maintain lists and perform data entry
- Schedule meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years administration support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and consistent accuracy
- Effective organizational skills
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
