SUMMARY
Set up the new warehouse for efficient picking, packing and storage. Maintain inventory, replenish items, and place items on the shelf for all stores.
Additionally, pick and pack webstore orders and complete kitting/packaging jobs when as a Warehouse Associate II when needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Physically place inventory on shelves and move inventory systematically in RTD
- Maintain inventory controls completing cycle counts and quarterly inventory reports
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances
- Perform Product Quality Checks according to client’s specifications
- Replenish items from long-term store into pickable locations
- Relabel boxes with the correct SKU numbers after inventory has been transferred
- Work closely with the warehousing receiving department to place new and existing items in the warehouse
- Kit, pack, and ship custom orders for clients from Social Imprints WO System when needed
- Pick, Pack, and ship orders from WMS (RTD) at an established productivity rate when needed
- Process returns and exchanges based on established workflow
- Maintain safe and clean work environment, complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all daily and assigned tasks
- Partner with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to resolve and prevent issues and enhance mutual understanding of processes
- Maintain an open communication channel to Account Managers, Purchasing and the Technology Team regarding the status of their orders
- Maintain quality service by following company standards
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Nonexempt: Nonexempt employees are entitled to overtime pay and minimum wage as described in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Nonexempt employees are paid for each hour worked and 1.5 times the hourly wage for any hours worked over 8 hours in a day. Hours of work dependent on job needs.
