This full-time Self Storage Office Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representitive (CSR) position is located at our office near I-225 and Alameda in Aurora, CO. This position serves various self-storage facilities remotely from our Colorado office, and does not require any travel. Your primary focus will be assisting customers with inquiries, reservations, and support, as well as office admin and marketing work. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support through research, data analysis, and project management
- Handle various office tasks
- Maximize customer interactions to deliver legendary customer experiences and satisfaction
- Build customer relationships via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat.
- Assist with account inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and payment processing.
- We help keep our customers current with payments by making reminder and collection calls.
- Proactively reach out to customers for follow-up.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Update customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Computer literate, tech savvy, and a quick typer.
- Comfortable using MS Office Suite.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
