Position: GSM / General Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team in Northwest Arkansas and help drive our success to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the new and used car inventory and sales operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Manage pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate effectively
- Achieve sales and profitability targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in used car sales management
- Preferred experience with Stellantis vehicles or stores
- vAuto experience
- Adhesion to a velocity mindset
- Deep understanding of model day supply in new inventory
- The ability to teach good vehicle acquisition practices, including outcome-based appraisal strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
