Job Overview:
Associated Spring US, LLC. seeks an experienced, talented, self-driven, high – energy professional to serve as an OEM Sales Account Manager for the Aerospace, Industrial and/ or Heavy-Duty Markets. In this role the OEM Sales Account manager would be responsible for the management of OEM customer accounts and the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets aligned to corporate targets. Additionally, serving as the key Account/Project Manager supporting AS manufacturing divisions. The OEM Sales Account Manager serves as a key point of customer contact for the generation of new business opportunities and all commercial related activities. This position reports to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – new customer development and existing customer management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM customers. Understanding customer needs and providing solutions that align with their requirements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, commercial actions, project launch and open issues.
- Sales and Business Development - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the OEM market.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with customers aligned to AS pricing policies and requirements.
- Technical Understanding: Having a good understanding of the technical aspects of manufacturing processes, products and how they integrate into OEM products.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers as needed with the support of NPD Engineering & manufacturing divisions.
- Collaborating with internal technical teams to address customer requirements and secure new business.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Developing strategic plans to expand the company’s presence within the Aerospace, Industrial & Heavy Duty markets.
- Monitoring industry developments and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with the manufacturing sites and key functions such as engineering, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at OEM customers.
- Travel 50-75% customer locations, Associated Spring manufacturing site
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of OEM Sales, Account Management, Business Development within the Aerospace/Industrial market(s)
- The ability to remain professional & calm under high pressure
- Proven performance in a remote work environment.
- Maintain detailed records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong communication and computer skills (ERP familiarity, Salesforce/CRM and MS Office Suite) required.
- Sound practical judgment of priorities & time management.
- Negotiation Skills
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Contract development and review experience
- Ability to read customer blueprints & customer specifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
