We are looking for a Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with customers.
- Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working as a BDC Representative in Automotive Dealership.
- Must complete 100 calls, texts and emails per day.

Pay: $52,148.00 - $57,234.00 per year
