We are searching for a Family Advocate - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will advocate for the needs of patients and families while within the TCH system by facilitating open communication between families and staff, addressing issues, and concerns.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients and families to proactively identify issues
- Promote customer satisfaction in assigned service area
- Handle patient satisfaction issues and concern
- Assume on-call duties after hours
- Work with other Hospital departments and community resources
- Document daily work and provide appropriate reports
- Enhance professional growth and development
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year experience in a health care clinical setting required
- Training and experience in patient relations, public speaking, and cultural diversity awareness preferred
