Who Are You?
A licensed, experienced Home Inspector who does not want the headache of running their own business single-handedly. Green Scene provides and handles all marketing, advertising, scheduling, promotion, client conflict resolution, professional insurance, continuing education, license renewal, provision of tools and personal professional development. You got in the business to do inspections, right? Shouldn’t have to mess with the rest!
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have good communication skills - a “people person” who can work with all different personality types.
- Have general proficiency with computers, typing, software, etc.
- Be self-motivated and self-managed.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be in general good health.
- Have the ability to move up and down ladders.
- Be able to enter and navigate attics and crawlspaces, and able to carry 50 pounds.
- Need to work in all weather conditions as well as in non air-conditioned buildings within reason.
- Be open to learning the Green Scene Inspection process and use our methods to ensure excellent customer service and the continuance of Green Scene's reputation as a highly professional, high-end inspection company.

Job requirements:
- You must live in or around the eastern side of the Dallas Metroplex.
- You must be able to work full time once out of training and can devote full time to training for the first 30-60 days - with the understanding that a full-time inspection schedule will occur once proficiency in the field is determined.
- You must be willing to work on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays if needed (rare).
- You must be open to learning the Green Scene Inspection process and use our methods to ensure excellent customer service and the continuance of Green Scene's reputation as a highly reputable, high-end inspection company.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
