We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, customer service, and possess strong organizational skills.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist visitors
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and order processing
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with office organization and maintenance
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- Front desk reception
- Organizational skills
- Medical office procedures
- Customer service
- Proficiency in office management
- Computer proficiency for data entry tasks
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
