RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain an aptitude and knowledge of our products, processes, and systems
- Quickly and thoroughly respond and solve customer inquiries via email, phone, and chats
- Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using both independent and collaborative problem solving skills
- Make sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation and customer service policies for social media customer related issues
- Communicate with customers in a positive, friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Provide luxury experience to customers with orders, returns, and exchanges for online and retail stores
- Handle customer special requests
- Assist retail operations/retail locations with customers, retail transactions
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional partners
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
- Drive customer satisfaction and revenue through product knowledge and unparalleled service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Passionate about helping customers
- Flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution
- Must possess poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Represents the RUTI standard of customer service
- Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels including email and phone
- Team player, able to collaborate & work well with others
- Thrives in fast paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, self-starter, proactive and resourceful
- Ability to multitask, very organized with attention to detail
