As the Online Pick-Up Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of online orders, ensuring that customers receive their products with exceptional quality and service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Online Grocery Pick-Up team to efficiently select and gather products for customers' online orders, focusing on freshness and quality.
- Supervise the assembly of customers' online orders, including processing coupons, payments, and ensuring accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate the timely delivery and loading of orders into customers' vehicles upon arrival at the store for pick-up.
- Provide a positive customer service experience that promotes customer loyalty and encourages repeat online shopping.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers to address any order substitutions or exceptions, ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety procedures, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment to optimize workflow and safety.
- Monitor equipment functionality and promptly report maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Uphold high standards of productivity and efficiency within the team, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus.
- Capability to adapt to new processes and technologies effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are beneficial.
