Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Coordination of the day to day operations of our chiropractic and regenerative medicine practice.
- Overseeing staff schedules, training and onboarding of new staff members, effective communication with staff and doctors.
- Supervision of patient scheduling, medical records, and referrals
- Vast knowledge of insurance verification, insurance billing, posting and follow up.
- Fostering an excellent customer service atmosphere and handling patient concerns with prompt attention, respect and compassion, and accuracy.
- Ability to problem solve in real time and troubleshoot issues with practice software, office equipment and outside vendors.
- Integrating changes (legal and procedural etc.) to practice logistics as they arise.
- Implementing the doctors' vision for the practice with confidence and independence.
- Detail oriented but not fixated, organized, ability to multitask.
- Filing, handling patient intake forms and paperwork
- Collecting patient balances
- Calculating Patient plans and benefits
- Maintaining a pleasant front entrance space with use of essential oils, tidying, neat presentation of our waiting area
- Physically and mentally capable of enjoying and working in a fast-paced environment.
This position is extremely heavy in Customer Service as we are providing care for different types of people in different physical conditions. We are a family-oriented practice, interact with and love our patients, and hope to provide top level compassionate care that must be reflected in our staff. A true ability to make in the moment decisions on how to proceed in various situations and independently problem solve is absolutely required.
